It costs \1,000 per hour for late check-out.
Maximam late check-out time is 14:00.
If you would like to check-out after 15:00, it costs extra 1 night.

What is the age limit for bed sharing with children?

A child under school age can share a bed free of charge.
All children of elementary school age or over are charged as 1 adult.

A.
Guests can stay with their guide dogs or service dogs. Those dogs are allowed in the restaurant as well as the rest of the building. Please inform us when making your booking.

There is a drink vending machine on the 1st floor and ice machines on the 3rd and 9th floors.

There is no curfew. The front desk operates for 24 hours. However we request you inform us beforehand if you will be arriving much later than your stated arrival time.

We apologize that we do not have a parking lot. Please use a nearby pay parking lot.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

Yes. We have non-smoking rooms. Around 90% of all our rooms are non-smoking. If you desire a non-smoking room but you have booked a smoking room, we will simply deodorize the room, so please inform us beforehand. There is also an air freshener in every room.

I’ll work during my stay. Can I use the Internet?

We provide free wireless Internet access in the guest rooms, lobby and restaurant. You can also conveniently use the free Wi-Fi with smartphone or tablet devices.

Can I invite someone who is not a hotel guest into my room?

For a booking through our hotel website or a direct booking, the cancellation fee is 20% of the basic room charge on the day before the booking date, 80% on the day of the booking, and 100% if there is no contact and you do not show up. For bookings through a travel agency, please check with the company for canceling.
